Boiler Replacement
If your boiler is over 10 years old then you may have contemplated a replacement. Modern condensing boilers are more compact, safer and energy efficient than there predecessors. In fact, 'A' rated energy boilers have ratings of 90% or above and will be better at heating your home reducing your gas bill.
We install most major brands of boilers but we are accredited installers of Worcester boilers. Worcester boilers come with a guarantee of up to 10 years. Every boiler is flushed, protected with inhibitor, registered with Gas Safe and commisioned to benchmark standards.

We are Nest certified professional installers. Most people are aware of the Nest learning thermostat which allows you to control your heating via a mobile app as shown in the video below. Other products in the Nest range include indoor and outdoor cameras, that all link via the Nest app, and combined smoke and carbon monoxide alarms that will talk to you if there is a problem!

Underfloor heating
What is underfloor heating?
Are there benefits?
Underfloor heating works by heating a room's floor structure, which in turn warms the room itself. This is achieved by passing heated water through plastic or composite pipes which are laid in the floor. They are then relayed back to a central manifold which distributes heat to relevant loops when required. Each room is normally regulated by its own room thermostat.
Underfloor is retrofittable, space saving and a great alternative on a cold winters day. It offers uniform heating across the entire room and will sit under any surface from wooden floors, tiles or even carpets. It works off lower but more gradual temperatures and can offer up to 25% in energy savings over a traditional radiator system.
Power flushing
What is power flushing?
Power flushing is aimed at tackling the build up of sludge, limescale and rust in your heating system which is caused by oxidisation and corrosion. This can lead to blockages in pipework, excessive system noise, premature component failure or cold spots in radiators.

How does it work?
Our power flushing machine is connected via two powerful magnets which help filter out any particles and with the use of cleaning chemicals and the movement of pumped water at a high temperature any debris present is dumped from the system. Each radiator is flushed separately so that not only the radiators but pipes are cleaned simultaneously.
We also recommend fitting a system filter at this time which will act as a permanent magnet catching any harmful contaminants in your system.
